I am a Clarity Coach and I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their full potential. I truly believe that everyone has the ability and potential to succeed once they are clear about their vision and given the right tools, strategies and support. I help my clients find clarity in their cloudy situations and help them create effective plans to achieve their goals.

I have an extensive background in sales, marketing, customer service, management and developing businesses working within a range of industries with companies within the UK and internationally. With over 20 years experience I’ve have worked a number of entrepreneurs, businesses and individuals motivating them to excellence.

I love helping people and companies to grow and I combine passion and humour, with knowledge and experience to help my clients find their answers and move them forward. Together we will find your way to the success you want in your life by helping you over come the barriers to achieving your dreams and goals. I have OCN Certificate in Coaching and an OCR Diploma in Counseling Skills and I am a certified City and Guild’s trainer with a good deal of common sense and life experience.

How I work
All of my work is based on solution focused strategies and outcomes. You will gain a birds eye view on where you are now, discover where you want to go and create a plan of how you are going to get there. You will experience a mixture of coaching, consulting, mentoring and plain old inspiration to help get the best out of your sessions to enable you to increase your performance.
