The BT Customer Service Merry-go-Round

This last week and a half has been a nightmare with the BT Customer Service Merry-go-Round. After not receiving full information from a BT Sales representative my BT Internet Phone line which I use for business has been completely messed up.

I have been passed around like a rag doll, from department to department, cut off by the Business Broadband complaints department not to be called back again, promised call backs and not received them, passed on from one person to another without explanation or anyone explaining my problem and so in total I have spoken to a grand total of 21 people and still I my problem has not been resolved.

My problem is very simple, I need to be migrated back from a BT Business Broadband to BT Residential Broadband. After what I have been through, and to be honest I don’t have the energy left to go through the entire ordeal, you wouldn’t believe that I have been trying to get sense and action from one of the UK’s largest communication companies!!! I’m starting to loose sleep it is sooo stressful, worse still as we cannot access our internet phone or it’s voicemail messages could be loosing vital business as well as our business reputation.

According to the BTplc website it’s the oldest communication company in the world… you would have thought that by now they would have got their communications skills to and outstanding level. last year their turned over 20,233,000,000 million pounds, they made 2,495, 000,000 in pretax profit and they have over 418,000 people working for them directly or indirectly… tell me someone what has to happen for them to get it right!!!.

I’d like to get off he BT Customer Service Merry-go-Round as I certainly am getting dizzy so please deal with my problem let me get off , PLEASE!!!
